I have a Merrill Lynch account. All investment transactions download, but not the ML Bank Deposit transactions. How do get the ML bank deposit to download along with the investments from the account.?

Hi, Sorry didn't see the notification. My account with ML is a brokerage account. We have had this account for several years and it has alway had this "problem". My Quicken holding shares amounts and prices match my actual ML account with the exception that the "ML Bank Deposit Program" holding which never downloads into Quicken. On the ML website this holding is treated like cash (always has a value of $1 per share).

Does the holding reflect in your cash balance in Quicken, or is it completely missing?

The ML Bank Deposit Program amount is NOT reflected in my ML account's cash balance in Quicken. Example if the online ML account balance is $20,000 of which $5000 is in ML Bank Deposit shares and $10 is cash Quicken will download all transactions except the ML Bank Deposit share amount and report that the account balance is only $15,010. The $5000 in the ML account has to be added manually as "other cash".
For further assistance, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly, since they'll need to review the logs to confirm whether the data is being sent to Quicken.
