There were problems back in January '26 when PNC overhauled their website and started having similar issues approximately 6/22/26. The first issue was with bank bill pay. Support had me disconnect PNC from online update, and I was never able to reconnect. Contacted support again and this person told me they were seeing reports of problems with PNC and escalated the issue. I have tried reconnecting multiple times. I'm getting "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for PNC Bank - Direct Connect." In the past, I have gotten error code OFX 16503.
I have messaged PNC support and not yet gotten a response. I posted on the Reddit Quicken sub and Quicken Lisa replied and has looked into and suggested trying to connect early on Sunday morning, I missed that window.
All my other accounts connect and update successfully, PNC is the only problem account. Does anybody have any info on this issue or suggestions on a solution other than waiting for the tech people to finally do something??
