Hi
I have multiple accounts with Osaic all same login. I just tried to set up in Quicken for the first time. However it only finds one account. How do I add the others?
Hello @christinaund,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:
I look forward to your response!
I am just adding now so all new I have 4 accounts 3 are trust and one is a 401K
no they are not shared all mine
Hi @christinaund,
Thank you for providing additional information.
To help us better understand the issue, could you clarify whether you see all four accounts on the same webpage, or are you redirected to a different URL when you open one of the three accounts in question? If you're redirected, please share the web address with us.
Could you also confirm whether the three accounts are currently active? For example, have they had any transactions within the last 90 days?
Finally, are you seeing any error messages during the connection or update process? If so, please let us know the exact error.
all the accounts are current and on same page. No error it just only connected with one account which is odd.
Thank you for your response.
Could you please let me know which account Quicken is finding and allowing you to add? Also, how recently were the accounts that are not appearing opened?
For the missing accounts, have there been any recent transactions other than interest, such as deposits, withdrawals, or transfers?
Since all of your accounts use the same login at Osaic, Quicken would normally display all eligible accounts during the account discovery process. The information above will help determine whether this is an issue with the financial institution returning the accounts or something else affecting the connection.
I look forward to your update. Thank you!
I have had the accounts for years, just never added them to Quicken before. No recent activity. One is a retirement, but the other 3 are trust accounts. The one that shows is a trust account. Trying to figure out why that is the only one that shows.

Thank you for providing those additional details.
Since you've confirmed that all of the accounts have been open for years, appear under the same Osaic login, and Quicken is only finding one account without displaying any errors, this will require further investigation.
At this point, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the issue if needed.
You can find the Quicken Support phone number here: Support Home | Quicken. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
I apologize that I could not provide a more direct solution, but please don’t hesitate to reach out again if you have any other questions.
thank you
