When I try to add an account with NetXInvestor, Quicken takes me through a sign-in procedure that includes my username, password, and OTP that I receive through my email. After entering the OTP and pushing enter, I get a message that Quicken cannot connect to my account with two options; try again or enter manually. Try again doesn't work and I don't wish to handle manually.
The weird thing is that I have already set up one account with NetxInvestor that appears to be working fine. Why can I not set up a second one?
When I speak with my broker, they claim that NetXInvestor has made some changes that impacts sign-in by Quicken. Is that true? If so, could you please address it?
