Help - I can't add a Connected Account

When adding a connected account, I'm having issues finding and connecting to my banking accounts and investment accounts.

With my banking accounts at Tangerine Bank, after searching for the bank, Quicken redirects me to the Offline Accounts setup page. Is it not possible to have a connected account with this bank?

With my CIBC investment accounts, the add accounts search doesn't find my investment accounts at all. My CIBC banking accounts are connected with no issues. However, the investment service through CIBC (called CIBC Investor's Edge) cannot be found.

I'd appreciate your advice!

@FanaticCarpenter35 Tangerine provides very limited support for Quicken. Only banking accounts are supported for Web Connect for Tangerine. No credit accounts are supported using any method. No account types supported for Express Web Connect, i.e. "connected accounts".
