Hello,
I am using Quicken for windows and no transactions have downloaded since late May. I have spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with Quicken support which last blamed American Express for the issue and then spent 30 minutes with American Express support who said it was an issue with Quicken as a 3rd party app.
Quicken is useless if I am not getting regular updates of transactions.
When I call Quicken there is a brief message about problems with AExpress but none of the support agents know about it and on these forums the last report of issues was back in April.
