Is anyone seeing numerous "Quicken Refresh Data" pop ups when opening Tax Planner?

Is anyone seeing numerous "Quicken Refresh Data" pop ups when opening Tax Planner?  It seems to be happening a lot more with the latest release of Quicken.  It'll do the refresh for 10+ times before it stops.  Why?

Thank you for your response, @rotygolf.

I recommend validating your file by following these steps (make sure to save a backup first):

* Go to File
* Select Validate and Repair File
* Choose Validate File
* Click OK

Review Log: Once completed, a log file (validate.txt) will open in Notepad. Review it for any unrecoverable transactions that may require manual correction.

After that, please return to the Tax Planner and check whether the issue persists.

@Quicken Laura Here are some answers to your questions.  I do not have mobile sync enabled.  The problem only occurs with tax planner.  My Quicken file is located on my C: drive.  I do auto backups to my C: drive.  I manually back it up to my OneDrive periodically.

Thank you for reaching out. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a bit more information to help narrow down the source of the issue:

* Is Quicken Cloud Sync currently enabled? To check, go to Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web.

* Did the issue begin immediately after updating Quicken?
* Does the problem only occur when you click Show Tax Planner, or does it happen in other areas of Quicken as well?
* Where is your Quicken data file located? * To check, please open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, under recent files, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open. Please let me know the full file path shown there.

* Is your file being backed up/ synced by any third-party services like Carbonite, OneDrive, or Backblaze?
