After a long time with flawless 'one step updates' I am seeing missed transactions on my Chase Visa account. This doesn't always happen but at least half the time. Although I can't state that 100% of the time these are memorized monthly transactions, it seems to be mostly that. The transactions do not show up in "Pending", they seem to have been simply lost - but I'm not sure where. I notice this when I reconcile and the balance is wrong - I can then look at the web page for Chase and see the transactions it thinks have happened. Usually it is one transaction but I've had up to three.
