This discussion was created from comments split from: Issue with connection to Fidelity.
This is my recent experience with the Fidelity connection: On July 1, after updating to Quicken Classic Premier Vers. R68.25, Build 27.1.68.25 OSU worked with all accounts except Fidelity due to a CC-501 error. I tried OSU again on July 2, it completed this time without error but Fidelity transactions did not download. I tried again the next day, same result. I have 3 Fidelity accounts, all had transactions to download but none did. I reset Account 1 and tried again, same result. I deactivated/reactivated Account 1 with same result. Since I did not deactivate Accounts 2 and 3, I tried to deactivate/reactivate all three accounts. Deactivating Account 1 resulted in Quicken hanging and not completing the process, but after shutting down Quicken with the task manager, it appears to have been deactivated. Attempting deactivate Accounts 2 and 3 resulted in Quicken hanging and not completing the process. In each case I had to shut down Quicken using the task manager. Neither account was deactivated. I then attempted to reactivate Account 1, it attempted to connect to Fidelity but it hung on the sign into Fidelity page. I again shut down Quicken and I then attempted to do a full OSU; it hung and never completed. I am out of ideas.
