I'm experiencing a problem with Synchrony Bank as of 7/4/26 (though it may have started earlier—I hadn't downloaded for a while).
I have 3 Synchrony Bank credit accounts. All was working well, but now this is happening:
* Account #3 would not update correctly today.
* Resetting did not correct it.
* Deactivating and reactivating says I already have an account in Quicken (account #1), so it will not let me reactivate account #3.
I assume this is related to Synchrony's single sign-in for all three accounts, but it was working until today. Until it's corrected, I'm apparently going to have to manually enter everything for two of my Synchrony accounts.
I gather there are various problems with Synchrony accounts, and I hope Quicken can get them corrected quickly. I don't have many transactions in accounts #2 and #3, but I have MANY in account #1, so if that one stops working, I'm in real trouble.
