WHY!!!! Do these things go on forever — no different than the ongoing issues with Synchrony. [Removed - Rant]
Hi @Gary2026,
Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing these issues. I understand how frustrating it can be when a problem isn't resolved as quickly as expected, especially when it affects your ability to use Quicken.
Our teams have been actively investigating these connection issues and continue to work on resolving any remaining cases. The issue affecting Barclays Bank Delaware that was causing the FDP-105/CC-505 error has been resolved. Additionally, the issue affecting Synchrony that resulted in the FDP-103/CC-503 error has been resolved for some accounts, including Synchrony Mastercard and CareCredit.
To better understand your specific situation, could you please let me know:
With that information, I'll be happy to take a closer look and provide the most appropriate next steps.
I look forward to your response.

July 23. I still can't get Barclay to download. I've followed all the instructions, been on the phone for hours with support and still get error message that my credentials are wrong. Now I can't download my Amazon (synchrony) account because it is at synchrony.com not syncbank.com. When I try to add account with synchrony.com it says my credentials are wrong. Now to make thing worse I can't even use it on my pc because it crashes everytime I try to open it. Quicken support doesn't know why. Oh and by the way, I have been having an issue with creating invoices since September and they can't figure that out either. I'm so sick of this nonsense. @ktwomble This forum is user-to-user and we can't access Support tickets.
And since you've not previously posted here (in detail about what's happening), there's little that we can do.
I don't have the same problems you do, but I am used to opening tickets and not seeing resolution. I provide screenshots and good details in my tickets and the problems do not get fixed. Nobody contacts me and asks me any questions or asks for additional details, and so like you, I'm just going to vent on here because it's important that the Quicken community know about the problems and puts more pressure on Intuit to improve their product. If Quicken won't do it, then a competitor will and I'll be the first to post on here when I find it. I have contacted Microsoft numerous times about reviving their Microsoft Money product. It was better back then than Quicken is now in my opinion. They have the codebase saved I am sure. I have suggested they use the subscription model like Quicken does…heck they do it on O365 already and so they are able to produce a constant stream of revenue for offering the product. And I know a lot of people will jump from Quicken to it should it become available. It would be great if you and other Quicken users would contact Microsoft to urge them to revive Money so maybe it becomes reality and a real competitor to Quicken will be back in the marketplace!
