What's the EXACT wording of that error message? Are there any associated error codes?

Can you download into other accounts in Q?

Also, NetXInvestor connects to Q via Express Web Connect, which uses HTMLcode, and certain special characters can interfere with that connection. SO, are there any special characters in either your ID or password? If so, which?

So, have you contacted your investment advisor, as stated in the message?

Because the problem in on their end, and they're aware of it since the add'l text comes from them, and its not anything that Q can fix.

Thank you for reaching out.

You can add your account by following these steps:

Select the Add Account icon on the top right of the Account Bar.

In the search field, type Netxinvestor, select it from the list, and click Next.

Enter your account/user information. This is the information you use to sign in to your online account, such as a user name and password. you may be asked for additional information, such as a challenge question or a code that is sent to your email or phone.

Review your accounts. Quicken finds the accounts associated with your login. On this screen, review the list, make any needed changes, and then click Next.

Thanks I keep getting an error saying quicken can't connect to your bank. I have tried for several days
