UBS Investing account and "UBS Bank USA Core" transactions...

On my UBS account Quicken always shows the wrong balance for the "UBS Bank" security (cash).

I have quicken setup to dowload the data directly from UBS.

In the UBS transactions whenever I earn interest there are 2 entries:

ACTIVITY TYPE AMOUNT
Deposit Investment $150
Interest Cash -$150

When I import all of this data into Excel, excel shows the same balance as Quicken,

In excel, when I eliminate the duplicate negative values, then I get the same balance as UBS shows.
(keep only the "investment" transactions).

Clearly the transactions from UBS are goofy, but I don't see how I can change that.

How can I fix this in quicken?

Thank you for reaching out! Are you able to eliminate the duplicate negative values in Quicken? If not, what happens when you try?

Since the root cause seems to be the data coming from UBS, you would need to contact their technical support for a fix to the issue with incorrect information downloading.
