I too have had an issue with my connection to Nicolet since they did their update on June 12, 2026.

I have deactivate and tried to establish the connection multiple times since then. No luck. Are you able to work with them on this?

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering an issue connecting to Nicolet. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

What happens when you try to connect/update your accounts?
Do you see any error message/code?
- If you do, what is the exact message/code you see?
Have you deactivated all your accounts with Nicolet prior to trying to reconnect?
- If you're not certain, go to Tools>Account List and select the Show hidden accounts checkbox (if available). If any accounts are connected to Nicolet, the financial institution name will appear in the Transaction Download column next to the account.
