Very Slow Response - Quicken for Windows - Version R68.25

Question

My file takes well over 4.5 minutes to boot up.  My file sits on my computer and not in One Drive.  I have turned off the Mobile Sync.  I also have a 4.5 minute wait after making entries into an account register and then clicking to home button.

I was told this is a known problem with no solution as of today.  I believe this started occurring after I did the update to V68.25.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue

Just FYI - I was having the same issue as ARGuarascio - uninstall/reinstall seems to have solved the problem. Glad I checked here!
