Had problems with crashed Category list that has been corrected. Validation of Qdata is complete with no errors. New sync file had to be created before sync errors would clear (auto sync quit working even though manual worked).
Running Quicken Classic Deluxe (subscription) R67.10 on Win 11 Home with Quicken Classic Companion App 8.3.0 (assumed since "Help" function doesn't work).
- Open mobile app, log in and observe "3 accounts need attention". All from same bank and have been working rather reliably for many years.
- Open one of the culprit accounts and observe "Connectivity Error: Swipe to fix".
- Select "Fix" and observe "…We are unable to connect to <bank name> at this time. Please try again later."
I have the bank's mobile app also installed and it communicates fine with my accounts. It seems the Quicken Mobile App is the one with this issue.
Any helpful suggestions?
