One Fidelity security is not updating its price

Question

I have been entering my Fidelity transactions manually since the end of 2025 to avoid the issues so many here seem to have. Its no big deal. 7 accounts: 1 joint brokerage and 3 IRA accounts each for my wife and myself. I usually handle it monthly at the beginning of a month. However today after I did my OSU I noticed that one security (Fidelity Total Market Index Fund - FSKAX) has not had its price updated since the last time I entered a transaction back in March. Both my wife and I each have an account that holds this security. I went ahead and manually updated the price to today's ending price. Any idea what would cause this? We've owned this mutual fund for years and looking at its price history, this seems to be a fairly recent issue.

Tried the validation method you suggested. Still not updating. It's just one security so I will just manually update it monthly. No big deal.

DON'T DELETE IT.  If you actually hold this fund, (if you have any transactions in it), you won't be allowed to delete it anyway.

There's a couple of things to try.

1st, take a backup, just in case, then click FILE, Validate and Repair file. check "Correct Investing Price History", Repair and OK.

Then do INVESTING, Download Activity, Quotes … and see if you get anything.

Yes the box is checked for download. And it is the only security that does not update. After I do an OSU I get a message at the bottom of the summary that says " 30 of your 31 securities have been updated."

The security is identified correctly. Should I delete this security from my security list and re-add it? I don't want to screw up any past transactions or account history since we've owned this mutual fund for many years now.
