IRA totals show two different things on the same screen

When I click on holdings in my IRA the top portion is correct and shows around $620k in value and $582 in cash. This is correct. But just beneath on the same screen it shows Securities value of $470515 and cash of $149,582. Totally incorrect on the cash. It gets worse. When I click on adjust cash holdings it shows the correct amount of $582. This makes no sense at all.

I'd appreciate it if you could share a bit more information so I can better understand your case.

Does the account display the correct balance in the bottom-right corner when viewing the account register?
When did this issue first begin?
Is this issue affecting only one investment account, or are multiple accounts impacted?
Where is your Quicken data file located? To check:
- Open Quicken and go to File.
- At the bottom of the menu, under Recent Files, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open.
- Please provide the full file path shown there.

Have you already tried validating your file to check for and repair any possible data issues?

So far it looks like it's affecting just this one IRA account

I just did a backup then ran the validate and repair tool and here is the log.

Here are the other answers. Somehow they didn't show up.

1. Yes it's displaying the correct amount for securities and for cash. Cash is $582. However …. if I click on the $582 as though I want to change the cash balance it shows -$148k and some change. Minus sign in front.

2. I noticed it today.

3. So far the issue is only on this IRA. Everything else looks good.

Could you please check whether any filters are applied to the account overview, such as a specific date range or a Show filter? Also, are there any recent cash adjustment transactions in the account register?

If the issue started recently, you may also want to restore a backup from before the problem began to see if the behavior persists. To do so:

Go to File > View/Restore Backups....

Browse the Local and Online Backups tabs to find the backup file you want to restore. The Quicken backup file has the extension .QDF-Backup.
Select the file to restore and click Restore Backup.
Next, you will have the option to overwrite the open file or create a copy of the backup you're restoring.
