Persistent Problem

I am reporting this problem for the 3rd time. Quicken continues to close out my previous posts, but I will not be denied, haha.

Random downloaded transactions don't match with previously entered transactions. Instead they duplicate themselves and appear as "new match." This is really annoying. I can't be the only one. Here is an example with iTunes. The transaction was previously entered. When it downloads, it creates a phantom "new match."

The reason your posts keep getting closed is due to inactivity of the post. You need to cause activity by posting something yourself.

Personally, I have that column so narrow that I don't see the words, I will have some downloads in a couple of days to see what happens with my pre-entered transactions when the download happens.
