Retail Purchase Categorization Does Not Find Purchases

I've run the setup and Amazon is linked but no purchases are categorized. When I look at the Dashboard no purchases are found even though multiple from Amazon.com*[a lengthy code) or Amazon.Mktpl*[a lengthy code). How do get the extension to pick up these purchases?

I spent quite a bit of time with Quicken Support and we could not get the Retail Purchase Categorization to work. It's just a total waste of time. I'll try again when the next version of Quicken will iron out some bugs.

Same here. I was excited to see this new feature in action, but nothing happened at all. If they get it to work, it will certainly be a time saver; I do all this manually right now. I'll wait and see

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue! Based on your description, it sounds like it's not finding your orders. Is that correct?

If that is what is happening, please try these troubleshooting steps from our help article on Retail Purchase Categorization:

Orders are not being retrieved

Make sure your browser is running, and you are signed into your Amazon account in the browser.
Select the extension icon and verify that the retailer account shows as Connected.
If the connection has been lost, select Set Up again in the extension to reconnect.
If your browser has not been open for more than 24 hours, the extension attempts to retrieve orders the next time you open it.

I've tried everything and my Amazon purchases are not picked up. The extension is connected and I've set it up more than once. The Amazon transactions download with the Category section blank.

Since the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance. I finally got it working and it was (apparently) something very small! It takes a while to be certain because you have to wait for transactions to occur before you can test changes. I had my Amazon account set to show Pending Transactions when I started this process because it is not supposed to affect categorization. But I turned it off, waited for transactions to appear and then ran the One Step Update. All transactions were categorized. Now it works even with Pending Transactions on. This should not be the fix, but I tried all the other suggested fixes and after this one change everything clicked.
