Key Bank account reset

When doing an transaction update on my key bank account quicken stated that key bank needed to reauthorize my 3rd party data sharing and started the account reset activity. It went through the account signon process, accepted the terms and conditions for data sharing and I selected the accounts to connect. That's when the issue arises. I then get a http 400 error screen from key bank and the process fails.

Any suggestions?

After reviewing my internal tools, I found that the status of the financial institution appears to be with the Status: OK. To better understand why you're receiving the HTTP 400 error and provide the best troubleshooting steps, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

When did the issue start?
Do you have any pending Windows updates, or did you install a Windows update around the time the issue began?
Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, please let me know which one(s).
Could you upload a screenshot of the error message?
Where is your Quicken data file located? To check, open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, just above Exit, you'll see the file with a check mark next to it. Please let me know the full file path shown there.

Thanks Carlos for responding. Here are the answers to the questions you asked. Hope it helps addressing the issue.

When did the issue start? - yesterday
Do you have any pending Windows updates, or did you install a Windows update around the time the issue began? - No, the 06/26 update isn't available yet.
Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, please let me know which one(s). - using McAfee. Has not been an issue with any other software.
Could you upload a screenshot of the error message? - attached below

Thank you for your reply and for answering the questions. I also appreciate you sharing the screenshots, they're very helpful!

If you haven't done so already, for the HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request error, I recommend clearing your browser's cookies and cache, then trying the authorization process again.

Please note that if you save your login credentials in your browser, you'll likely need to re-enter them the next time you sign in to those websites.

I also recommend temporarily disabling McAfee or any other antivirus software, as some antivirus programs can unintentionally interfere with Quicken's connection process. If you're able to successfully authorize your accounts, you can re-enable McAfee afterward. I suggest reviewing our support article on Configuring Firewalls for more details.

If the issue persists, I suggest changing your default browser and trying again.

To change your default browser in Windows:

Open the Start menu and click Settings.
Go to Apps > Default apps.
Scroll down to Web browser and click your current default browser.
Select a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

I cleared browser cache and cookies and it did work this time. Now to deal with the inconvenience of clearing.
