Bug: Fidelity Cash keeps getting "re-represented"

Apologies if this is addressed somewhere as an open bug.

I use FCASH at Fidelity as my cash sweep account. When downloading transactions, Fidelity keeps "reassigning" FCASH security to FXAIX (Fidelity S&P 500 Fund). Then switching it back. Wash, rinse, repeat. Note that it is giving me a pop-up notification of this at the end of download (see screenshots below. No idea why this is happening, appreciate any feedback.

Have you tried Validating your Q data file? Because it looks to me like you MIGHT have data corruption.

The other possibility is that you've got a security mismatch between your data file and the "Online Security".

I validated several months ago due to a problem with a Net Worth Report that turned out to be a quicken problem with Net Worth Reports, but I just ran a Validate and nothing consequential there that seems like it would be a problem (see below).

Both Securities (FCASH and FXAIX) exist in my portfolio but in different accounts from each other. Both are Matched with online security in the security list, although FCASH says FCASH for the cusip number and I couldn't find any indication on the internet that it has a cusip number.
