Downloads not working

For the last 3-4 days, my bank transactions (including credit cards) have not been downloaded when I update. This is for multiple financial institutions. I usually update daily. Two weeks ago, I had to literally review or input transactions from a bank statement.

I use a Windows subscription for Quicken

To better understand what's causing the issue and provide the best troubleshooting steps, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

• Are you receiving any error messages or error codes during One Step Update? If so, what are they?
• If you're seeing any error messages, could you please upload a screenshot of the error?
• Which financial institutions are affected?
• Did you restore a backup before this issue started?
• Where is your Quicken data file located? To check, open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, just above Exit, you'll see the file with a check mark next to it. Please let me know the full file path shown there.
