This discussion was created from comments split from: Huntington Bank - Transactions Not Downloading.
A while back (like, a couple years), Huntington put automatic downloads behind a service fee and didn't bother telling anyone. Manually downloading a QFX from their web portal still worked fine up until a couple days ago, but now I'm getting OL-221-A and OL-221-B errors when trying to import it. Perhaps they've gotten rid of the paywall, but broke something else?
Hello @SaaS_is_annoying,
Thanks for the detailed explanation.
The OL-221-A / OL-221-B errors you’re encountering during a manual QFX import, points to an issue with the file being generated by Huntington. When financial institutions make changes to how their Quicken-formatted (QFX) files are created, it can sometimes prevent Quicken from importing them correctly—even though website access works and the file downloads successfully.
You can review the full details in this OL-221 support article.
Specifically for Web Connect (QFX) downloads, the article explains:
The next step would be to contact Huntington and let them know their Quicken/QFX export is failing, and ask for escalation to their online banking or file export support team.
Thank you again for sharing those details!
