I have tried different browsers, different browser settings, nothing works. I am trying to connect a new account from Fidelity to Quicken Mac, and I cannot get past this issue.

This happens after you agree to the User Agreements.

Any help?

How recently was the Fidelity account created?
What type of account is it?

Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, please let us know which one(s).

This is for adding a new account. The steps to reproduce are exactly the same as the OP. No VPN, able to log on to fidelity.

Based on what you've shared, there are a few additional troubleshooting steps we can try from our Connectivity Troubleshooting support article:

1. Check your connection speed

If no error number is listed, try performing an internet connection speed test through Google.

Quicken needs download speeds of at least 25Mbps to run properly.

2. Check for pop-up blockers

Pop-up blockers can interfere with online account services in Quicken. Several error messages are possible, but two of the most common ones are "User Canceled Session" or "Action Canceled." If a pop-up blocker is installed on your system, try turning it off, then try downloading transactions again. If you can download transactions, Quicken recommends that you configure your pop-up blocker to allow pop-up windows on your financial institution's website. For more information, refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the pop-up blocker software.

3. Check your firewall, antivirus, and security software

Since you mentioned you're not using a VPN, I also recommend checking whether your firewall, antivirus, or any adware or spyware protection software could be interfering with Quicken's online services. For more information, please refer to our support article here.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the issue if needed.

All the steps given were tried, no change. It looks more to a handshake issue between fidelity and the interface.
