Franklin California Muni Inc Symbol FTCA

Question

I now have shares in Franklin California Municipal Income ETF , symbol FTCA.  This was converted from Franklin CA TX FR which was a Mutual Fund .

My Quicken for Mac is showing both of the above which is not correct.  I tried the Merge Function , selecting both , however received an error since one is a Mutual Fund , the other an ETF which acts like a stock .

Suggestions on how anyone amended the Q for Mac since the " Merge Securities " would not work ?

Yes I have two Franklin accounts , one is a Mutual Fund the other ETF.  I did have a Putnam Mutual fund .  Franklin purchased Putnam .  Franklin renamed the Putnam fund to brand as there own.

Yes I have value in both Franklin accounts and show in Q for Mac.

When you say "two Franklin Accounts", do you actually mean  2 positions (2 holdings) of Franklin issued securities?  Do  both show as having something in them?

And,  I don't understand the "Franklin bought" verbiage.

Thanks for the response .  Yes I am using Q for Mac.  I was going thru my transactions and Morgan Stanley account October 2025 .  It looks like I have two Franklin Accounts a Mutual Fund and ETF .  Putnam CA Tax which I did have , Franklin bought .  I am reconfirming with Morgan Stanley
