The page is too wide to fit on the screen and there is no left/right scroll arrow available.
What are your screen resolution and Scale settings? You can tell this by right clicking on the Windows desktop and choosing Display settings.
Are you using the Tools > Large Fonts option in Quicken?
Even with the Large Fonts option set, you should be able to click and drag on the divider between the column headings to make the columns narrow enough to view if necessary.
Please let us know if that works for you.
Is the upper left corner (with the red Q icon) of the MPL view available on screen? If so, click it and you'll get a popup with the same options as the Minimize / Maximize / Restore icons of the upper right corner, plus a few others.
You can also click on the blue title bar of the MPL view and click, hold and drag the entire window in any direction
I can't see any red icon there as it appears to be out-of-frame. The only thing in the upper right is "Auto-delete )(O"
My scale settings are NOT custom, so the setting is the recommended 100- 500. Can't tell exact setting?
Screen resolution setting is grayed out.
There is no item for large fonts on the displayed list of Tools?
Sorry, the setting is at View > Use large fonts
Large fonts is set.
I see this problem if Use Large Fonts is selected and the horizontal resolution of my screen is 1440 or less with the Scale set to 100%.
If you turn off Use Large Fonts temporarily, hopefully you will be able to see the whole window. Sadly, there is no way to make the Memorized Payee window smaller than the default size. Or you could use this as an excuse to get a larger, higher resolution monitor
Quicken is supposed to work with large fonts and a resolution of 1280 or more, so I would say this is a bug.
Turning off large fonts solved the Memorized Payee List problem. Thanks! I'll leave it off to see if other screens might be adversely affected. If any, I'll turn it back on and try to remember to turn in off again when viewing the MPL.
