I have had this error report multiple times now over the past week and previously didn't have any issues:

Connection to CollegeInvest - Direct Portfolio - Non Aggregator. is unavailable right now. Please try again later. If this error persists for more than 24 hours, please contact Quicken care. (FDP-102)

Error Code: FI_TIMEOUT (FDP-102)

As @Quicken Laura suggested, if the issue has persisted for more than 24 hours, I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support. They can work with you through additional troubleshooting in real time and, if necessary, escalate the issue for further investigation.
