When trying to send invoices from Quicken for Windows, an error appears: "PDF Driver could not be found or Initialized.” Once the window is closed and another invoice is sent, another error appears: "Failed to generate the PDF file." Please check that “Quicken PDF Driver” is installed and set as the default, and try again.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
