Account wont reconcile

Quicken for Windows

Trying to reconcile a checking account and when I enter the date, beginning and ending balances the transactions don't appear in the reconciliation window. I have balanced this every month without problems. Suddenly this. Any thoughts?

My apologies to the community and to those who answered my question, i knew this was possibly a date issue, checked with bank the date for this statement period was posted incorrecly. It balanced perfectly now. Thank you everyone!

In the particular account, are there any transaction in the account register that AREN'T marked with an "R" in the CLR column within that date range? Because only non-R transactions appear in the reconciliation dialog.

Hi! Thanks, yes the entire period in question is only marked with a "c" as they have cleared but not reconciled.

HMMM, have you tried taking a backup (just in case), and then doing FILE, Validate and Repair File, checking Validate File and clicking OK?

Because file corruption is the only thing that I can think of that might cause this.
