Is anyone noticing that during OSU that Fidelity's Visa Credit is intermittently not downloading all transactions that have cleared?

I am having the same problem.
It started about a week ago.
I am connected by Fidelity.
The missing transactions do not download later.
Try Elan Financial Services for the Fidelity Visa Card….seems to work better.
We haven't heard back from you in a while. Do you still need assistance? Did you try switching to Elan Financial Services, as @RichardSchreyer suggested?
