Hi @callacut1,
Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience with phone support. I'd be happy to help.
We are aware of this issue, and our team is actively investigating it. You can follow the latest updates in the Community Alert below:
In the meantime, a clean reinstall of Quicken may resolve this issue. Before you begin, please create a backup of your Quicken data file.
For Windows 11
1. Click the Start button and select Settings (gear icon).
2. Select Apps from the settings list, then click Installed apps. 3. In the Installed apps list, scroll down to Quicken, click the three dots menu, then select Uninstall. 4. Click on Uninstall again to confirm and follow through the prompts until the program is removed.
If you're using Windows 10, please follow the Windows 10 uninstall instructions here.
Next, remove the Quicken PDF Driver:
Once Quicken has been uninstalled and the Quicken PDF Driver has been removed, download and install the latest version: https://www.quicken.com/support/mac/how-do-i-download-quicken-quickencom-after-i-buy-it/?srsltid=AfmBOorQRfFr4FznLamXXZbDrbmSblhiVSYSYW2UXbZ8o5XMGjjwgKfk
After the installation is complete, open Quicken and test the PDF driver again to see if the issue has been resolved.
To ensure you have the correct contact information, I'll also share the Quicken Support phone number here: (650) 250-1900.
Please let me know how it goes, and I'll be happy to assist further if needed.

I tried reinstalling Quicken to resolve the same issue without success.
I did solve the problem by reinstalling the driver already on my computer.
In my case it was located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\PDFDrv folder. The file name is InstallPDFConverter.exe, double click to run. Hopefully this will work for the many other frustrated Quicken users that can't seem to get relief from a now bloated company more interested in their bottom line than yours. I have been using Quicken since the company started and it's amazing that after all these years, the glitches have increased along with the time it takes to resolve them.
Hi @dap,
Thank you for sharing the solution that worked for you. I'm glad to hear the issue has been resolved.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have additional questions.
This issue is making it very difficult to send invoices via email, which is impacting our productivity and bottom line. I can manually generate them using Microsoft print to PDF, save them, and then manually email them, but that's about it. It is inconceivable how such a seemingly simple fix could be taking so long.
@ryoung99 Did you see @Quicken Laura's instructions above for manually installing the PDF driver? Or did that not work for you?
