Trouble adding New Wells Fargo Credit Card for TX downloads

Question

Running Windows Classic premier R68.28.

Started using a new Visa card my wife received from WF bank recently and I set up as an off-line account. Now I want to get transactions downloaded, but I can't set it up. I'm using wife's on-line login username and password. I've tried Express as well as Direct Connect without success. What am I missing? BTW, I get downloads from Citi and BofA with no problem when I do OSUs each evening.

Thanks for updating the screenshot.

I suggest trying to add the account using the Express Web Connect connection method. To do so:

* Click the + button to Add Account.
* Search for Wells Fargo.
* Before signing in, click Advanced Options.

* Select Express Web Connect.
* Click the Sign In button.

* Quicken will open your financial institution's website. Enter your credentials and click Connect.
* When the list of located accounts appears, choose Link next to each account you want to reconnect.

* Click Next, then Done on the final prompt.

If you encounter an error during the process, please let me know whether it is the same error shown in the screenshot you shared or a different one.
