This began over a year ago. This is my 3rd try to get it resolved. So far, I have reset the bank file=No change: Next, I totally removed the bank acct from Quicken, Then, reinstalled the bank into quicken =No change. I have10 Accounts that I monitor, and this is the only one I am having trouble with It is a Bellco Platinum Checking account. it displays all debit transactions but, it does not display any Deposit transactions especially from Thrivent Financial and payments made through Bellco Bill Pay. I have to enter these manually from my online Bank Account Information.
VPN=none installed
I am using Norton 365. I have been using for over 6 years. It does not interfere with any of my other accounts
My computer was built new in 2020 then upgraded to Win 11 in Jan 2025

To the best of my recollection the issue began after one of the Quicken upgrades was installed
@Grant Day Thank you for providing all of those additional details. Since you have already tried resetting the account connection and removing/re-adding the account, the next step would be to determine whether this behavior is specific to your existing Quicken data file or if the issue occurs with the Bellco connection itself.
To help narrow this down, could you please try adding the Bellco account in a new test file and let us know whether the deposit transactions download correctly there? This will help us determine whether we are looking at an issue isolated to your current data file or an issue with the data being returned from the financial institution.
Please follow the steps below to create a test file and add the account:
Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right-angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you.
After adding accounts, see if you are experiencing the same problem in this test file. From there, you can then switch back to your original file.
Follow the steps below to switch files:
Quicken will list the most recently opened data files, with a checkmark next to the file you are currently viewing.
If the same behavior occurs in the test file, the next step would be to contact Bellco Credit Union, as it would indicate the missing deposit transactions are not being provided through the financial institution's connection.
Thank you!
Greetings Anja, Thank you for the the Test Protocol. I will tackle this tomorrow. I will reply when I have completed the Test.
Cheers
