Not seeing "Retail Purchase Categorization" option in Tools

I'm using Quicken Classic Premier Version R68.31 on Windows 11 Pro. The menu option described in this forum, and others, does not appear in my Tools menu.

Thank you for reaching out! Retail Purchase Categorization is not currently available to everyone. It is in staged release and is currently available to a very small number of customers. Over time, it will become more widely available.
