For over a decade I have been downloading my Amazon credit purchases directly into Quicken via the Synchrony credit card account. This morning, when I loaded Quicken, I saw that Quicken is offering a new option where you can download directly from Amazon all your purchases with details and filled in categories.
I added the Quicken Retail Extension to my Chrome browser, gave it my Quicken ID and Amazon IDs and linked it to my Quicken data file. In the Chrome browser, I see approximately 3 months of Amazon purchases broken down by item and retail category. However, even when I am in my Quicken data file, and I click on Tools-Retail Purchase Categorization, I see Amazon listed under "Retailers & Settings" with a green check mark Connected. But when I click on "Download and Match Orders", Quicken says: "No matches found. We couldn't match any transactions. Try again later."
If I click on "Add Account", Amazon Retail is not listed (only Amazon Store Card - Synchrony). I called Quicken support but they had no suggestions. Can anyone help me to download the Amazon retail categorization data into my Quicken file? Thanks.
