(I'm running R68.31, Build 27.1.68.31, on Windows 11 Enterprise.)
I have a Chase credit card, and Quicken works find with it - updating, etc., is as-always.
My difficulty is with my many accounts (checking and credit card) at Bank America. I lost my wallet while traveling and now have replacement debit (checking) and credit cards. (BoA sent the replacement credit cards to a next-stop on our travel itinerary, but the didn't arrive before we'd moved on, so we had those replacement cards (unused) canceled, and further replacements sent to our home. Those are the cards we are now using.)
When I go to update accounts, I get this msg from Quicken:
When I click to reauthorize, quicken classic/intuit sends me to BoA. First I get this page:
And when I click Sign In, I am routed to a BoA login page. So far, this is all familiar from previous experience. BoA asks me for my account and log-in information, and then texts an authorization code to my phone. When I've done that I get a BoA screen asking what account(s) I'd like to authorize for use with quicken:
I have variously tried checking all the accounts, or just trying one at a time. When I click Continue, I get a BoA web page of fine print terms and conditions for information sharing. I indicate my consent and click a button to Share my Data.
I then get a Quicken message that my selected account has been authorized:
A short download screen follows (with a green progress bar), and I then get this Quicken screen:
I click Next, and am then back at the Quicken home screen.
So far, this all seems OK.
However, when I then go to Update Accounts, I again get this screen:
And it all repeats, over and over.
Everytime I try to Update Accounts, I'm asked to re-authorize.
My Bank of America "authorization" doesn't seem to stick, and I can't progress past this point.
Suggestions?
Thanks,
Bill
