Since the last Quicken update, whenever I do a One Step Update, it appears as though there are new credit card transactions downloaded (the little red flags appear, in the account list, for these credit cards). However, there are no downloaded transactions displayed in the pane at the bottom of the register. There are new transactions I can see, on the web sites for these credit cards.
When I select "Reconcile." Quicken displays the message there are no transactions to reconcile.
When I download a manual QFX file from the credit card's website - for a period in which there are new transactions - Quicken appears to import the file, but again there are no downloaded transactions displayed, for me to accept.
When I go into account details and choose to reset the electronic accounts for any of these credit cards, Quicken displays a message reading, "Account [account name] cannot be resent because there are downloaded transactions that must first be accepted into the account register or transaction list." But, again, there are no downloaded transactions displayed where I can review and accept them. The transaction counts are "(0)" for the downloaded transactions pane below the register.
Has anyone else been experiencing this and, if so, have you found a solution?
I am running Version R68.28, Build 27.1.68.28
Edit: I see this doesn't seem to be afflicting only credit card accounts. It's bank accounts, too. When I reset the accounts, the problem remains. When I create a new bank account, the problem also exists there. I shall have to wait another day or two, to confirm that no investment account transactions are downloading. Or, if they are downloading, they're not displaying where I can review them, and accept them into the register. In other words, this update has broken the principal function for which I am paying an annual subscription.
