Quicken will not start correctly

Question

I am getting this after Windows update. Tried rolling back updates didn't help. Turned off the firewall and antivirus; didn't help. Uninstalled Quicken and reinstalled with some difficulty but I still get same error. Can someone help please? I'm too old to find a new way to keep up with the bills.😮

Type "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000e5).  Click OK to close the application" into a Google search field and you'll get a comprehensive approach to fixing this, including links to YouTube videos.

Seems to be a not-uncommon problem.

Thanks for the help. Following Tom's suggestion my issue is resolved. When I installed/repaired Microsft Visual c++ fixed my problem. Thanks so much!
