Nicolet National Bank Error Connecting to Personal Checking Account

Ever since the Nicolet National Bank update in June 2026, I cannot connect my Quicken account to my bank. I deactivated online transactions per Nicolet's instructions, logged out and back in and when I try to reconnect my account I get the following error: It is interesting that the bank name now has zzz in front of it. I also rebooted my computer and tried again and I got the same error.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue! You mentioned that you're seeing a "zzz" in front of the financial institution's name. That usually indicates that you're using a connection which is no longer valid or is about to be retired. I can see there are several connection options (see screenshot below).

Have you tried using any of these connection options? If you have, and still can't connect, please let me know what is happening and what error messages/codes you see (if any).
