Over the past few days, I've been unable to download/update from Axos Bank DC. Receiving an error, but doesn't show the error in summary. This was working a week ago.

Hello @Michael D,
Thank you for reporting the issue you are running into.
I have some follow-up questions for you:
Looking forward to your response!
I am having the same problem. I have not changed my username or password but the box pops up asking if I have. My Axos account isn't locked. The one-step update error code I am getting is OL-332-A and it says my login information in Quicken is incorrect.

Hi @Anob,
Thank you for joining this thread and sharing the error code you are encountering.
Based on our support article regarding OL-332 or OL-330 errors, many financial institutions may lock an account after multiple unsuccessful login attempts with an incorrect user ID or password, which appears to match the message you are seeing.
To help resolve this issue, please review the following:
Verify your Password/PIN
Note: If you are setting up online services (such as transaction download) for this account, there may be additional information displayed in the dialog where you enter your customer ID and password/PIN that may tell you what should be entered.
Verify your Customer ID
4. If the Customer ID is correct, review the financial institution name and account information (such as the account and routing number).
Check the Password Vault
If you use the Password Vault, it may have stored an incorrect password.
Please let me know how it goes.
When following above, all of my information was correct. My online account is not locked either.
I then deactivated the online services on that account. Below is the message that I keep getting when I try to activate it. I have done the account consent three times now using the link provided in the message but I am continuing to receive this same message.
Thank you for your response. Since the issue persists after completing the troubleshooting steps and confirming that your Customer ID and password are correct, I recommend contacting your financial institution’s online banking support team.
They have access to additional tools that can help determine whether something is preventing your accounts from connecting properly in Quicken.
