Support for Quicken must be initiated by the financial institution. We recommend contacting your financial institution directly to let them know you'd like their support for Quicken. Customer feedback plays an important role, and if they receive enough requests from their customers, they may consider adding support in the future.

@r.josh.brose Extending the reply by @Quicken Laura, download into Q is only available when the financial institution signs the contract with Intuit, who provides the download services for both QB and Q.
BUT, just because Vestwell agreed to provide downloads into QB, doesn't mean that they've agreed to provide downloads into Q also … ENTIRELY Vestwell's decision.
As she's already replied, you need to contact Vestwell and prod them to provide this service.
