Opened a new checking & savings account for our trust on 7/27/26. Chase has allowed all accounts linked to Quicken, but the new accounts aren’t showing up after download. No errors. They just aren’t there.

Hi @DNic,
Thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify what you’re seeing: it sounds like the new Chase checking and savings accounts have not yet appeared as available accounts to add in Quicken, rather than that they were added to Quicken and are missing from an update.
When you connected Chase and allowed Quicken access, did Quicken show those new accounts as available to link/add, or are they completely absent from the list of accounts returned by Chase?
If they are not appearing at all, it may be that Chase has not yet made the new accounts available through its Quicken connection, even though online access has been enabled. Since the accounts were opened very recently (7/27), it may be worth confirming with Chase that the accounts are enabled for Quicken/third-party aggregation and waiting for the connection data to refresh.
Let me know what you see during the Add Account process, especially whether the new accounts appear in the list or not.
Yes, you can maintain two separate checking and savings accounts from Chase within Quicken but is a tricky and somewhat complicated process depending on your comfort level with making the necessary changes in Quicken. The behavior you are experiencing is a known Quicken trait with banks like Chase that use Express Web Connect+ (EWC+). Because an online data-sharing agreement already exists between Quicken and Chase for your profile, so running a standard "One Step Update" or downloading data will only check for transactions on accounts that are already established inside Quicken. It will not spontaneously trigger the creation of new account registers.
Step-by-Step Fix to Uncover the Trust Accounts
To force Quicken to look for the newly opened trust accounts, you must force a re-authorization through Chase's web portal.
1. Deactivate Online Services for Your Current Chase Accounts [1]Before proceeding, you must temporarily sever the active connection for your existing Chase accounts so Quicken is forced to completely rebuild the link. [1]
2. Re-establish the Connection via "Add Account" [1]
3. Match and Map the Accounts Carefully Quicken should display an "Accounts Discovered" screen. You must map them with extreme care to avoid disrupting your existing financial history:
