Wells Fargo Missing From OSU Summary

I have Wells Fargo Direct Connect accounts, and some time ago they stopped showing up in the One Step Update Summary window. However, they are updating because I continue to get new transactions downloaded.

Has anyone else seen this?

Thank you for posing this question and reporting the issue you are seeing.

When an account does not appear in One Step Update, it is usually due to account settings, connection method, or data file issues. Common reasons include hidden accounts, manual update methods like Web Connect, disabled online access, or data corruption. Identifying the cause will help you restore the account’s visibility in One Step Update.

Follow the steps in this Help Article to diagnose and hopefully resolve this issue. Below are the first two steps. I know you said you are using Direct Connect, so step two doesn't apply unless you are using Web Connect as well.

Verify that the account is not hidden

Hidden accounts do not appear in One Step Update. To check if the account is hidden:

Select Tools > Account List.
If the account is not listed, select Options, then select View Hidden Accounts.
If the account is hidden, select the Show hidden accounts checkbox to unhide it.

Check if the account uses Web Connect

Accounts that use Web Connect do not appear in One Step Update because they require manual updates using downloaded files. Web Connect requires you to manually download and import transaction files from your financial institution’s website. These accounts do not automatically update through One Step Update. that's no help. Nothing was changed by me that traces to this issue. It just decided to start happening. In other words, I've had these Wells Fargo accounts configured in Quicken since around 2006 with no issues. So, whatever it is, it happened on its own and not by some configuration that I did different. Given that no one else has the issue it is something on my end. Maybe it will fix itself.

The Help Article I provided goes over some different things you can check to determine why this may have started happening. Even if you haven't changed anything, there are still things you can check.

It's always good practice to Save a Backup before beginning troubleshooting steps.

Where is your data file located? You can use this Support Article for instructions on locating your file if needed.

Quicken lists the most recently opened files so you can access them from the File menu.

Click the File menu.
Look near the bottom of the option list.
The file you are currently in is labeled "1" with a check mark next to it. The file path is listed here as well. What is the path of your file?

Were you able to take a look at that article and go through the steps? If so, what were your findings? When you completed the Validation, did it mention any damage being found? There is a link within that article to another article for Troubleshooting a Damaged Data File as well, if that applies to your situation.
