I have a large gap in dates of transactions

I am using Quicken Classic (Starter Edition) on a PC. Version R68.31. I use Express Web Connect+ (for Bank of America) to import transactions. I have done this a few times successfully (I've always pushed the file out from the Bank's website for years). This time, all my accounts are missing a block of transactions that span about 2 months (May and June 2026). It downloaded early April, Late June and July. But late April to late June is missing in all 8 accounts. I've done the update a few times to no avail. Any ideas of what's going on? So odd that they are missing in the middle of the downloaded transactions.

Thank you for reporting the issue you encountered.

Missing transactions can happen for a number of reasons. I agree it is strange that you are missing the same chunk of time across all your Bank of America accounts. This could indicate an issue with the information that was sent by the bank. We do have a Support Article that covers missing transactions and goes through troubleshooting steps.

If this is the first time this has happened

Review this list of reasons; if the issue has only happened once, one of the scenarios below is the likely cause:

1. Has the sort order been changed in the register? Confirm that the Sort Order in your account register is by Date; just click the top of the Date column in your account register. It's likely the transactions are in your register, just not where you thought they'd be.

2. Click the Reset button at the top of the register. This will confirm that there's no filtering in your account register.

3. Try refreshing your login session: To do this, go to Help > Refresh Sign in. After completing the log-in process, try running a One Step Update again.
