Same here…. Quicken Classic/Deluxe R68.31v | 27.1.68.31 Updating accounts have been off, some hit some don't. Have tried "Resetting Account" - this leads to a CC-501 or CC-503 where something is not willing to take my login credentials and then that account is no longer connected to the bank. This has been going on for several weeks now and, frankly, it's getting to be rather annoying. BGunn
Hello @Brian Gunn,
Thank you for reporting the issues you are experiencing.
I have split your comment into its own thread, as it is not directly related to the known issue addressed in the thread where you originally posted it.
After checking your connections internally, I can see that you have received a CC-503 Error with Lake Michigan Credit Union a couple of times in the last week or so. However, after getting this error, it appears you are always able to resolve it and connect successfully.
In case you need it, I have linked the support article for this error above in blue. Below are the first two steps from the article. Be sure to open it up and complete all steps therein.
New passwords: If you are required to make a new password, be aware that some special characters may cause errors in Quicken. These special characters are the ampersand (&), left carat (<), right carat (>), backslash (\), and forward slash (/). Additionally, while Quicken does not have a character limit, your bank may have one.
Let us know how it goes!
Quicken Alyssa: Understood about shifting the post to a different header - no problem. Yes, have received Error Code CC-503 as well as CC-501. After each code, I do NOT see a re-established connection with the bank. I have been going into my online bank account and downloading the various accounts that are NOT connecting to the Quicken. I have verified my bank login credentials and so that is not an issue. It's when I try re-establishing an account with the bank under One Step Update that it has NOT taken. My accounts today in Quicken all look like this under Account Details but not ALL accounts are downloading transactions the same, if at all.
Thank you BGunn

Thank you for sharing this additional information!
The account in your screenshot is connected via Web Connect. This means you download a QFX file from your bank and then import that file into Quicken. The error messages that you are receiving are for Express Web Connect. Here is a Support Article that goes over connection methods, if needed.
Back to the issue of not being able to connect these accounts without errors, were you able to open the article I linked in my previous response and go through all the troubleshooting steps? If not, that would be the first step.
If you have gone through all of the steps and are still getting the error, you will need to reach out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They can go through the steps with you in real time and process an escalation if needed.
Hope this helps!
