Has there been any resolution to the problem with identity verification using Quick Pay? I received the same error whether using Billpay or Billpay Plus. No point in paying for a service that does not work!
Hi @ceecees471,
Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
To help me better understand what's happening, could you please provide a bit more information?
Additionally, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
I look forward to your response.
The issue has always been here, ever since I started using Quicken. I have not used a secondary or backup file. I was trying to set up QuickPay for Verizon, but it also happens on other bills as well. See attached screenshot. I already have a bank account enabled for payments.

Thank you for your response.
I've attached your log files to the open investigation for further review. At this time, we don't have an estimated timeframe for a resolution. However, you're welcome to check back for updates, and I'll be happy to share any new information as it becomes available.

I haven’t heard back from you, so I just wanted to check in and make sure you were able to set up Quicken Bill Manager correctly.
Please let me know how it went, or if you’re still having any trouble with the setup. I’d be happy to help.
