So, so buggy - Incorrect Transactions & strange copy/paste bug [Edited]

I've been a Quicken user for over 30 years, but with these changes to a yearly fee, it's actually gotten far, far worse. It's so buggy it regularly now messes up [Edited - Language] accounts with false transactions and has a strange copy/paste bug I've not had the patience to detail how/when it happens yet. [Removed - Rant] I've written enough software this year using AI and am technical enough I might just finally do it and abandon ship. [Removed - Speculation] Feel like I'm just getting ripped off with the yearly fee given how terrible the product is now. This is for Quicken on Windows 11.

Thank you for reaching out! If you'd like to try troubleshooting the issues you mentioned, please provide more information:

• When did you first notice these problems?
• Is the issue with false transactions impacting all of your accounts?
  • If not, is there anything the affected accounts have in common (all manual accounts, all connected to the same financial institution, etc.)?
• Are these false transactions downloaded from the financial institution?
  • If not, are you able to tell where they're coming from (reminders, automatically created placeholder transactions, etc.)?
• What is happening when you copy/paste transactions?
• Does the copy/paste bug happen every time, or only sometimes?
  • Is there anything you've noticed that seems to trigger this behavior?
• Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive?
  • Is the file synced to any cloud services, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?
• If you use more than one Quicken file, have you observed this behavior in all of them?
