Thank you for reaching out.

I checked the PSLV security on my end, and it is currently downloading price data through today. I recommend rebuilding the price history to see if that resolves the issue. Before proceeding, please create a backup of your data file.

To rebuild the price history:

Choose Window > Securities.
Make sure the Download Quotes checkbox is selected in the upper-left corner of the Securities window.

Double-click the security.
Click the Price History tab.

Click Rebuild History.

Choose your rebuild options:
- Preserve manually entered or edited quotes. Keeps any prices you entered or edited yourself.
- Preserve quotes that cannot be replaced with downloaded values. Keeps older prices or entries for dates that cannot be downloaded, such as quotes more than five years old.

Click Rebuild.

Please leave both options selected to preserve as much of your existing data as possible.

Thank you for following the suggested steps.

It's interesting that Quicken isn't recognizing the security. As a next step, please try reassigning the ticker symbol to the security:

Go to Window > Securities.
Double-click the affected security.
On the Security tab, delete the current ticker symbol and then re-enter it.
As you type, Quicken should display a matching security. Select the correct security from the list.

Save your changes.
Once you've reassigned the symbol, try rebuilding the price history again.

I did what you told me and I got the same Message as before.

Note that I am on a Quicken Mac subscription and it seems that this securities is not updating since I updated to 9.1 around that date.

Are you still seeing the Unknown Security message?

Since you mentioned this started around the 9.1 update, there is a small chance it's a file-specific issue caused by the update. If you haven't already done so, I suggest restoring a backup from before the update and testing if the issue persists in the newly restored file.
