What happens to future updates if I skip an update

I have resisted allowing Quicken to update to R68.25. If I accept the next request to update Quicken, will the all the previous updates be applied?

Yes, all program updates include prior updates.  There's no harm in skipping an update, other than missing whatever benefit it provides until the next.
